Fox / Illinois River Tour

Just set up the start of a northern IL State park ride. Almost more of a Fox/Illinois river tour. All I have to do now is figure out if I want to ride the same route back or try and find more parks to visit on the way home. Chicagoland Bicycle Map volunteerism

Phew, just finished my work for Active Trans' Chicagoland Bicycle Map. Rode 30 miles of "section 31", plus planning, meeting, and data updates, took like 20hrs. Just bought a vintage folder.

I just happily bought an old folding bike at a neighborhood sale. It's single speed, 20", dual brakes, generator lights, Italian, vintage. Front tire marked Pirelli, headset marked Guizzardi.

Slight variations were reportedly sold under several names including Cinzia, Hyda-Bike, Barbarellas, Safari, Bianchi.
