Per Active Trans, the new start time is 11:30 a.m.

Thanks for the update John.

This is an important court date.  The judge who signed the warrant to test for BAC will be testifying to verify the process of receiving this warrant was properly done.

From the Ride on Bobby Facebook Page:

Updated Hearing Information for Tuesday, January 26th : ASA Jennifer Coleman expects the motions will start at 11:30. This hearing is the only case listed for the day as they expect the defense attorney to remain true to style and argue for quite some time in his attempt to have the warrant thrown out. The warrant is critical to the prosecution's case so this hearing is very, very important. Anyone who is able to attend to show support for Bobby and the prosecutor, even for a short while, is encouraged to do so. This hearing will be held in room 301 at 26th & California.

Important Change for tomorrows hearing (1/26/16)

Just received word that there will be no testimony at tomorrows hearing due to an administrative delay regarding some requirements when a judge testifies. The start time for the hearing has been moved to 10:00 am and will probably be a quick status hearing. The judge and officer are still slated to testify, but at a later date.

Any information that can be shared about what happened at the hearing today, 2/16/2016?

Some of us couldn't attend.

Sorry, I didn't attend today but I did receive the information for the next court date so I posted it right away.

Those of us following this are probably aware of the upcoming Democratic primary election.  The current States Attorney, Anita Alverez is at least supervising the preparation for any upcoming trial.  Many have already signed the petition to her, discouraging the acceptance of a plea deal.

There are two opponents on the ballot opposing her: Kim Foxx and Donna More.

Any thoughts, ideas, endorsements, or views on who we should support or vote for?
