Anyone out there know of any evening jobs that require someone to ride a bike? I'm looking to get in more miles and make extra cash. What do you know, chainlink?

I remember a bakery in East Village mentioning they needed delivery people.   I think it was really early morning.

It is on Damen.  I know, not a lot of help....

I don't know if this will help out at all, but I've seen bike delivery riders picking up stuff at the cafe at the FFC at State and Roosevelt up to 2000. I think they work for a service that the cafe calls. Possible they're looking for riders.

Potbelly's maybe?  They have bike delivery drivers and might have some open spots.

Papa John's is always hiring bike deliverers..

Taco Burrito King at Chicago and State was looking for delivery people recently. Also check Snap Courier, one of my homies rode for them.

Not sure where you live but Up top and Grub Hub are some. This is the delivery season.

Bicycle Food Courier company owned by the riders.  Unknown if they need more riders.

You could check if Travis Duffy, the guy who does somersaults on his bike on weekends at North/Damen/Milwaukee needs an understudy. (Roll) barring that, there's always pedicabbing at evening events, although the licensing process is pretty arduous.

Thanks for the help, guys, but I made the post 3 years ago, and I'm currently living abroad. Maybe it will be helpful to others?

That's awesome. Where are you living?
I agree, John's suggestions are hilarious.

Between Yerevan and Istanbul. Currently on a work break in London for a conference. Good luck with the Chainlink!
Also - that's a hilarious response, John. Oh to be Travis' understudy. He'd love that! Of course, I'd need to build myself a flip bike to get started. I was hanging out a lot at WTB when he was building the prototype. He's made a lot of revisions since, as I understand. I would have thought he retired by now. I take it he's still flipping over there?
