What's this doing in the bike lane?

Share your pics, videos, streets, stories of what you find in the bike lane of the non-bike variety that has an impact on your ride and/or your safety. I've decided to keep it a little more open ended - cars, snow, buses, garbage, cabs, etc. If they shouldn't be in the bike lane, go ahead and add it to this thread. Please be safe if you are taking pics or video! :-) 

My hope is that we can collectively build some evidence of what we see when riding in the city with the overall hope of better enforcement of "bikes only" and improving maintenance.

337 N Desplaines St. 311 reports aren't accepted, as the f*cking new system just sits there and spins. I couldn't log in with Internet Explorer, as it wouldn't respond to a click on the 'Login' button. With Chrome it just sits there after clicking on 'Submit', and spins. Jesus F*cking Christ. Can't anyone design a simple web-based form that works with all browsers and doesn't require a God D*mn PhD in Computer Engineering to enter a simple report???????

Just now I was able to log on to 311 at this site: https://311.chicago.gov/s/?language=en_US

Click on "Service Request" > "Transportation & Streets" > "Vehicles/Bicycles" > "Vehicle Parked in Bike Lane Complaint".
