Witnesses Wanted: Crash at E 31st St and S Indiana Ave Wed 5/25 6:00 pm

Hello fellow cyclists:

I was struck by a car while riding westbound at the intersection of E 31st St and S Indiana Ave at about 6:00 pm this Wednesday, May 25. I'm looking for anyone who saw the car hit me to please come forward. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please PM me if you saw it or know anyone who saw it.
