Does anyone know a good route from Wolf Lake to Blue Island?

130th St does not look pleasant.

Im Planning to ride LFP to Palos.

130st street is, indeed, not pleasant, particularly around I-94. 142nd is another option, but I can't remember whether I've ridden it or not. You do not need to take 130th all the way from Wolf Lake, however. You can go further south through Hegewisch and then up again and cross the freeway at 130th. Ima have to think on this a bit.

I regularly ride a perimeter circuit that includes 130th Street, and it is consistently the hairiest  stretch (particularly crossing I-94 with nearly highway speeds, uneven road surface, and merging on & off ramps ) of the entire 92-mile ride.

You could go further south to State St then head west on Dolton / Lincoln / 138th, then north on Ashland parallel to I-57.  Not all of that route is friendly, but it may be more pleasant than 130th.

How is Torrence? Is it at all ridable?

Torrence is bikeable , but certainly not better than dropping down the Burnham Greenway to Ave. O. I also don't find the southern work around (dropping down to Dolton/Lincoln/138th to be worth it.
