Anyone have any experience with these? If so, good or bad?

Ha!

I'll file both of those responses as "no".
I got it in the mail the other day, just waiting for my saddle to arrive. The saddle is on back order. My biggest concern is if they caused any type of problems or failure of the rails. I looked around on Brook's website and they seem to not consider it as an option. They recommend using a flat top seatpost but I cant seem to find one in the size I need (31.6mm). I thought of using a smaller diameter post and a shim but didnt know if that would be any better than using the sandwich adapter. Additionally, I'd like to have the micro adjust seatpost instead of the saddle clamped to a post as a theft prevention measure.

As long as the bolt is long enough and the rails match the seat post clamp securely you will be in good shape to ride that springy saddle.

It has worked well since I installed it a while back. I had to order the type 2 from Breeze Cycles to match the post.

Only thing I've had to do on various adaptions of 2-rail saddles to micro-adjust is often a longer thru-bolt.  Never had a rail problem or some such other failure.

I've had and installed various "brand" rail spacers, they all seem to be essentially machined aluminum.

I've been using one for years with a standard Kalloy micro adjust seat post.  I've had no problems, It's simply a plate to fill the gap between the rails.
