You are very welcome. Now if the city can reposition the rack to keep the pedestrians from tripping up on poorly locked bikes.

Thanks for the explanation. I have pinhead wheel locks on both wheels because my Kryptonite mini U make it really hard to lock frame + wheel together. I know it's not ideal but I do see ALOT of bikes locked without frame + wheel together.

My only correction would be to try to get a ulock through the rear wheel and frame instead of the front wheel and frame. Rear wheels are much more expensive than front wheels so it's better to use the cable for the front wheel instead of the rear wheel.
