I rode this for the first time last night. It was a wonderful evening. Makes you think.....

I missed it but also want to thank Elizabeth for all she does with RoS, both for us as a community and the families of those we commemorate.

+1. Many thanks E A for a really great tribute to the fallen brothers and sisters.

The Bobby Cann co-worker contingent was really really great.

Yes thank you to all the organizers! The CPD bike patrol officers were excellent as well.

Another thanks to Elizabeth for all of her work year long that really just culminates every year with the Ride of Silence itself. Last night was a great ride.

Also thanks to the CPD bike patrol officers. They were tremendous.

Thanks to everyone who organizes the ride.

Outstanding night. Thank you.

Thank you to ROS Chicago and all those who helped make this a moving and impressive occasion. The hundreds who attened from the cycling community made this event a special one. Appreciation goes out to the C.P.D. bike officers who watched our backs while we were visiting the ghost bike sites.

Perfect as always.

Please share any news links, videos and photos from the event!

here's video of our Ride departing Daley Plaza... (about 200 riders?):

We echo the THANKS to the CPD bike officers who escorted us last night!

And here is Mr. Motorcycle being ticketed for crashing the procession.   EA, BIG THANKS for another successful RoS once again.

Oh mr motorcycle. Shouting about the gangbangers and the drug dealers on every corner. He was great :/ CPD was fantastic for helping us out and keeping us safe - I was continuously impressed with their work the whole time.

But seriously,

Thanks Elizabeth - the ride yesterday was my first and really got me thinking and touched me. I hope the families and friends could realy feel our love.
