St Patrick's Day parties hard in the bike lane

Just a FYI, riding Division St between Ashland and Western this afternoon was a hot mess with the happy little green people and taxi dropoffs/pickups . I can only imagine what nightfall will bring. Enjoy! (And I'll be taking the side streets!)

It started everywhere by 10 a.m.!  I took the car to run errands and could not wait to get home and not leave until tomorrow!

Had to ride for work today and only one small incident with drunken green people. :/

When I rode Division street tonight there were drunken green people everywhere!  Not only taxis in the lane, but I saw two town cars getting packed full of green-clothed & faced drunks like a clown car.  I'm glad all those drunks weren't driving! I hope everyone made it home safe last night.

St. Patricks or not Division is always packed. Just wait 'till they put a protected lane on Milwaukee in Wicker.

How will a protected lane on Milwaukee make it worse on Division?  I don't think they will be moving any bars from Milwaukee to Division because of a protected lane.
