Preventing glasses from getting fogged up in winter riding

I haven't done much off-season riding, but would like to do so this fall/winter.  I wear eyeglasses, and have found that whenever I bundle up for colder riding with a scarf or something, my glasses tend to fog up because of the way air is channeled over the face.

Any tips or products/solutions you've found that would allow me to actually, you know, see while riding bundled up in colder weather? :)

I use a product with an odd sounding name, Cat Crap.  It's a wax you rub on and buff on ski goggles and I should think it would work on glasses as well.

There now appears to be a spray on version, which I haven't yet tried.  "Simply spray on cleaner and wipe off with a soft cloth; safe for use with all lenses and lens coatings."

Rain-X Anti-Fog does essentially the same thing, though I haven't tried it on my eyeglasses yet.

+ 1 for Cat Crap but it doesnt last forever, you have to reapply it from time to time.  Good thing is it is pretty cheap at < $5 a container.
