Elston between North and Division

Just a heads up to anyone planning to ride this route, the entire surface is a mess at the moment. Your options are fresh tar or deeply grooved de-surfaced rock.

Noticed this on Monday evening, and you are correct it is a mess right now - Elston is also ripped up just north of Milwaukee to the cab garage.

Rode through there this morning, they are making nice progress and it is very passable at the moment (no fresh oil, not grooved just that tar-papery stuff they lay down - not sure what it really is) but I am sure they will be pouring asphalt soon.
