Nottingham bikes are fairly easy to size just by a picture.  Look at the head tube.  If it is long like this one then it is a 23"  If it is substanially shorter then it is a 21."

The 19" size in the Diamond framed Nottingham bikes (at least on bikes with the 650A/E.A. 3 wheel size) is almost unheard of on this side of the Atlantic.  So it's basically an ID choice between the 21" and the 23" and the two are easily differentiated even when not next to each other.

The step-through frames are slightly harder to suss out.   They came in 19" and 21" here.  Like the 19" Diamond-frame the 23" step-through is so rare here that they can be considered unobtainium.

That's a nice Humber.  I don't like the seat though.  I am not sure if there is supposed to be a fill pie-plate insert in that full chaincase or not over the chainwheel .  It looks nice without it but I think the plate would make it more functional.  Shouldn't the front wheel be flipped so the dyno faces the drive side?  Or is that a Humber thing?

If I had room I'd be tempted.

I'm intere4sted getting married in a few days. Will be back on July 11. If it's still available, I'd love to come down and take a look.
thanks james any info on this bike is appreciated i am not sure about the chaincase but i see no signs that it had a center peice   thanks dave

Of course the fork is pretty bent in this example.  I love the saddle bags.   One neat thing about having the chaincase open like that is one can see the awesome chainring with the dancing men.
