Drat! I am just west of the river in the 31st ward. But I am very interested in bike parking along Lincoln! If I see anything I'll post it STAT!
They could use a few more racks right on Lincoln by Giddings.  Probably wouldn't be a bad spot for an on street rack minus the fact that doing so is a bit of a hassle since we sold the meters.
I agree with Jared- Lincoln between Leland and Lawrence doesn't have enough, or they're always full. Other than that, pretty happy with the bike parking options around here.
That's been my experience as well.

Several racks are needed at Ravenswood and Wilson, near the Pub O'Shaughnessy's. There are always bikes attached to the nice patio gates and the owner is always painting them from the marks I and others leave.

Some racks at the dunkin Donuts locations, would not hurt either. I usually lock up to sign post there. Clark and Montrose, and Lawrence and Hermitage. Lincoln Square needs a tone more racks especially near the Davis Theatre.

Not a single bike rack in front of St. Ben's or in front of the Walgreen's at Oakley (Bell?) and Irving.

I see bikes parked in bad placed along that stretch.

Another rack in front of Julius Meinl (both on Lincoln and Irving Park) would be nice.

Another pair of racks towards the front of the Square.

A rack in front of La Sierra on Paulina/Montrose.

I'd like to see more racks near the Davis as well. Old Town School has a pretty good number, but with the new addition across the street, more will probably be needed. Not sure if that's something the school has already put in for.

Also by the Fountainhead on the NE side of Damen and Montrose I sometimes see 4-6 bikes locked to poles and the 2 racks across the street by Le Sabre (RIP) are often full.  An extra rack in front of Drew's Eatery/Asadero on Montrose/Lincoln could be good too- the one that's there is often in use. And perhaps an extra rack outside Harvesttime up on Lawrence? But I think the main issue is on Lincoln like everyone else noted.

We need to handle the 47th with sensitivity. The last alderman was a 'MACHINE' alderman till he slipped on some local personal issues (political rather than personal/sexual for a change). His hand picked successor lost to an unknown and that new guy needs all the help we can muster. Phrase requests with good reasons (not emotion) and thank the office when they do good.

I recently moved from the 47th and have a similar situation (new alderman) so these are my mantra as well.

We can make the new generation of aldermen good foe us if we back them when they do good and NICELY correct them when they do bad things.

Is Harvesttime within the 47th? There is such a dearth of bike parking around there - I wish they could add a rack on the part of the side walk just west of the parking lot- plenty wide to accommodate it.
