The guardian has a little article by Bikesnob outlining the various bike tribes out there. It's a good 5 minute read. If I had to decide, I guess I'd be a mixture of roadie and triathlete.

Funny.
I 'spose I'm a roadie/vintage,urban,Mountain Biker, but instead of driving I'll take the train to Evanston so I can ride the trail to Lake Forest, then stop at a bar and when people ask where I'm from I tell them I just rode 22 miles so I can drink a PBR in Wilmette.
I spend a lot of time in messenger bars*
I like the link of places. Handlebar is sweet I mean who plays Thin Lizzie on cd? and PBR and Jim Beam for $5 is only beaten by Delilahs $3 American and Beam specail or a double shot and beer is $5.
Great stuff. If I had to pick I guess it would be "righteous" but it seems like about 2/3 of "types" are missing.
Of course not. Part of the appeal of riding for many cyclists is the feeling that they don't fit in. It makes me feel special and unique. What's this blogger thinking that he tries to shove me into a box and slap a label on me?
Care to elaborate on the "lots of types" that are missing?

None of these is a good fit for me. Righteous is as close as it gets. I agree with Howard that there are a lots of types missing.

reassembling humans was never my forte either. alterations can get messy, especially when several improvements come to mind. upon realizing the heart'spath project, it seemed easier to effect their social environment towards a more sympathetic "dream" realization. an altered reality if you will.
...and if that don't work just throw some money at it.
