Where did you find me copping to unabashed selfishness, you little turd? I recall stating nothing of the sort.
Ezra Hozinsky said:Well, aren't you strong! Congratulations on admitting to everyone that you need nothing nor care for anything of this world except that which directly benefits you! A model citizen if I've ever seen one, so long as you're still in diapers.
Put away the toilet paper and re-read your attitude:
"I have no affiliation with any Tea Party or any incarnation thereof, I have no interest in becoming affiliated with the aforementioned as it offers precious nothing that might benefit me, nor do I own a motorized vehicle. Furthermore, I do not subscribe to any belief in the supernatural of any sort including, but not limited to, Judeo-Christianity and its various subsidiaries."
Why so terrified?
I haven't been consistently preaching disregard and pigeonholing. You have.
Chain lube "theories" and religion have EVERYTHING to do with each other. And it's the way it has always been since WAY before Al Gore invented the internet.

Great. Wherein lies the proclamation of selfishness? Is it the part about the Tea Party not having anything to offer that I find beneficial? Had I said, "I don't have a dog in their fight," would you accuse me of condoning animal cruelty? I wouldn't find it surprising considering you can't even get your grammatical pedantry in order.

.. It's your pervasive attitude that's disturbing me and probably other here, too.
...nor a belief in God (not that that's expected or even a topic on the table) nor motorized vehicles, nor the toxicity of the products you happily spray on your bike, nor belief in scientific method, nor belief in community (in a broad sense, one that includes strangers, etc.).

Incidentally, I believe you mean linguistic pedantry, not grammatical. Figures of speech and idiomatic expressions aren't typically thought of as grammatical elements, but rather as elements of cultural linguistics. I would more likely accuse you of mixing metaphors. You know, it's syntactical miscegenation that's ruining this country, regardless of how slippery those sinners can be.

How many chains could we lube with the oil that was spilled in the Gulf of Mexico?
None. What is in the Gulf is crude oil direct from beneath the earth's crust. It still needs to be refined to be used in a manner that would be deemed useful.
Thank you.
