I did 2 rides, first my training ride, then rode south to meet up with the perimeter ride group, total for the day was almost 190 miles

I really loved this ride. Oddly, just a day later most of what I'm remembering are long, drawn-out ice cream breaks, beaches, open fire hydrants and spooky hotels more than riding itself - I guess it really was a painless ride. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Now that I had such a great, SPEEDY training ride ;), I am thinking about riding the Evanston century in two weeks.
