Taking the L.S.D. path is alot of fun when...

Just curious, I mostly have a rough time on the L.S.D. path. When the wind is pressing hard against my back and fellow path users are few and far between, I go flying so fast I almost feel like I am doing something illegal. Guilt tastes so delicious!

That is how I felt on my way into work today. Coming home, I felt like the runners were going faster.

Oh yeah, thats right some runner actually passed me up climbing through that steep upwind.

Cruised in the morning at 25 mph.

13-14 mph on the way home through shear force of will.

When isn't it fun to take LSD? When your own face tries to eat you! That's when.

Flew south on the 14th, turned around at the South Shore Cultural Center and ground my way back to downtown which is where I got off the lakefront.

Taking the LSD path is a lot of fun when...there's no wind!

That is exactly my sentiments. I think during the summer months, it will be easier to go up north when its less congested of course.

That's cheating. If you take the tailwind then you have to pay with the headwind. Besides, how else will you get strong as fuq?

The wind is at your back? When does that happen? When I take the path it's always in my face. I go south in the morning and north in the evening.

Ok to be honest 3 or 4 times in the fall I had a tailwind. :)

Even when your own face is trying to eat you, you just have to say, "its ok Im just on LSD" and then its awesome again

Yup, there is always that price. That is why I go so friggin fast with the wind on my back.

I love the path in the winter with fresh powder snow and no one around, the waves are crashing against the rocks and spurting 15 feet in the air. However during the summer I avoid it at all costs, too many people.
