48. I did include my New year's eve ride.

Starting the year off with an even 100mi thanks to the long weekend. I wish I could keep that momentum going! I've set a goal of 13,476 miles for the year because that's the distance the average american drives. It's a heck of a long shot, but I'm going to try for it anyway. Hopefully by stating it for public record someone else will help hold me to it!

29 miles for me. The weather was beautiful on Sunday.

26.6 after the Winter Bike to Work Day Rally. the winter one is so different from the summer one!

201 miles after yesterday's FFF ride.

Bob, that was a nice ride. Thanks for organizing.

thanks for coming!

January 23rd and I finally got in my first Perimeter Ride of the new year. My last one was an entire month ago (Dec. 22.) I've backed off on my miles since early December and have started rowing for cross-training.

With January in the books, I spun a mere 283 miles, comparable to the start of 2015 and less than half of last January's mileage. Rowing right along...

Right! Now that we're well into February, I can tally up my January miles. With the unseasonably warm weeks, double commutes, and the odd long weekend ride I was able to get in 558.3 miles. Considerably short of my goal, but I also was unable to ride for nine days of the month due to travel and an injury. February brings some travel for the purpose of riding, so I hope to make up for those days. and end up with double January's mileage. Onward!

285.0 after the Record High Ride. unfortunately not record high mileage!

up to 550 this year so far!
