It's good to read about Harrison getting an upgrade.
That would be quite and unpleasant surprise for the driver who thinks the new bollards are still plastic.

And pedestrians step out against the light, or from between parked cars; and motorists crowd the crosswalk, or enter the intersection late.
My gut feeling is cyclists' compliance rate falls in line with that of pedestrians and motorists but I would love to see one, just one legitimate study confirming this.
