Secure Bike Storage and Showers Near Lincolnshire

I need to spend the day at meetings in Lincolnshire next week and thought it might be a nice change from my usual commute downtown to cycle out there. Any ideas on secure bike storage and showers near Lincolnshire. I tried the Lifetime Fitness but all they have is a bike rack in the parking lot, which may have to do. Other suggestions? Thanks!

Thats a long commute. Most people in the suburbs don't lock very well or even use locks sometimes so probably no need for special storage. Not sure where to find showers.
