UTubes for Surly Big Easy / Big Dummy

Hi. I recently purchased a Surly Big Easy. It is replacing a Trek Transport that was stolen. While I'm really looking forward to using the Big Easy, I would like to have the lower racks / foot rests that the Transport had.The xtracycle had (has) these accessories called utubes. They are exactly what I would like to have for my Big Easy. Only issue is that the current version of these UTubes does not work with the Big Easy / Big Dummy lineup.
