I saw no more cops then usual, and no instances of conflict or anything. My group did break off kind of early though. It was a lot of fun. The Halloween ride rules!

Now that the location is set for the chainlink halloween party at Galway Arms, 2442 N Clark can I suggest it be the ending point or at least a stop on the way for CCM?

 

There will be some super great beer specials and prizes (will be announced soon)

They call periodically to confirm. Pretty clearly someone over there went with "every 4th Friday" rather than "every last Friday."

CCM listserv appears to be down-- my last  two posts didn't post and I can't get in to the server.  I count 44 posts today-- I think the daily limit may have been lowered to 50 from 80 after last troll attack.

Hey Gin,  If you have a some time before the show (yeah, right!), you can review the "Outlaw" Bicycling (Chapter 6), in the book, Nowtopia, by Chris Carlsson.  pp. 139-143 has some cool stuff on Critical Mass theology.
