Yeah I gotta admit it was staged hha.. my dad and brothers and me were snowed in and had major cabin fever - we got almost 4 feet of snow!

Great picture, Scott. I'm assuming you're stationary there.

This is what I'm dealing with here on vacation in New Jersey.. happy riding back home all!

No hard evidence (the Bike Winter site stats module does not seem to have been installed yet so we can't track hits or referrers) but I've seen a surge in subscriptions to the BW listserv and to this group over the past few days, and I'm going to attribute it to the excellent plug Jason Thomas put up on the XRT site.

Thanks, Jason!

Anyone got any good images of 2011 BW stickers in situ on a bike or elsewhere? Would like to submit to stickerjunkie for their "sticker stories" page (cheap opportunity to spread the 4-season biking bug.)

Just want to give a thanks to Garth (snowflake chainring ), Alex (bicycle snowflake), Annemarie (graphic design diva for logo and website overhaul) and Howard (first responder for logo drafts, requests and overall coordination). Bike Winter: it takes a shivering village!

Hi Annemarie,

Nice logo. Tks for contributing to the cause.

I knew from my spies at the AMA that you (and Jef) were still at the news, but I didn't know that you were a cyclist, much less a hardcore winter cyclist. Do tell! - Greg

Hi Howard,

Here's the square version of the logo you requested. It will take care of some of the pixelation you are seeing on the type.

I also sent it to you via email.

Good points. I don't really have the skills to change those sort of things. We've been asked for a logo twice in the past week and don't really have one, so I patched this together from the new website graphics.

Looking at it from my phone so things may be skewed...but...

Them chicago stars? If so. Isn't BW beyond chicago? If it is chicago, id say using only 4 stars.

Spacing of chainring teeth looks off...but could be my phone.

Otherwise...great
