Where to send letter to request signage at dangerous crossing

Witnessed accident involving biker on LFT and a driver. No signage at that spot. Who do I write a letter to request change? Alderman?

I'd try the Park District, since they are in charge of the LFT.

Where was it? I see a few tourists lost on the trail every year. Park district drivers are usually okay but some contractors really tear ass in the morning to get down to Oak Street or with those paving operations this summer.

I'd agree with Jeremy's suggestion of the Park District. Also, copy Active Transportation Alliance, Friends of the Parks and the appropriate alderman for that location.
