The Chainlink

A friend of mine named 'Adam Rotter' was hit on his bike in the intersection of Six corners last week and I just had found about it yesterday. He is still in Coma and it is really difficult to tell if he is going to survive this accident. He has brain injury and was torn up pretty bad along the pavement as well. He is at Swedish Convent Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit. He has a wife and 4 young children and is a really nice guy. He is pictured here with his arm on the lower left side of the photo. If you would like to say a prayer for him it could not hurt. If want to send a gift, message me off list and I will give you his wives phone # and the information at the hospital. This could happen to anyone at anytime and it just shows how important it is to really pay attention and not rely on thinking cars will give the right of way for whatever reason. Thanks

Terrible terrible thing to read. Im super sorry for this chap as ive lived by that intersection for 16 years. I dont know him but i hope he makes it. really do
I'll say my prayers and Adam will be in them. Prayers are heard even if they are not always answered the way we would like. I hope this is one of the times that we like the answer. Good luck Adam.
I want to also add that the driver of the automobile is also in critical condition. I don't have any more information at the moment.
Does anyone have any new updates on Adam's condition? Really hope he pulls through this!
As soon as the info comes to me I will pass it on. Thanks
I am very sorry to hear about this. I am available to help out at the appropriate time if the family feels a need.

Brendan.
Such terrible news to hear about fellow bike riders getting into accidents. My prayers for him and his family. I really hope he pulls through.
He woke up ! Going to Hospital tomorrow to help jog his memory because he is suffering partial memory loss and I am very hard to forget even if you want too. The word is intact and will hope it stays that way. Thanks to the people who send mail and showed interest in this.

My prayers go out to Adam and his family.I pray to God that he fully recovers.I avoiod intersections like that for just that reason the cars and buses dont respect us.I get more respect from the 18 wheelers than cars. and no respect from buses and very little from automobiles. This is the reason why we mass to let them know that there are people commuting on bicycles.Ive had bus drivers purposly try and force me to the curb in the bus stop as I pass. They see us riding and comer rihgt over on us.
I hope he's able to make a full recovery.
