Truth.

I mean really the people you need to complain to are the ones whom they are delivering for, but it sounds like you already did that.

Just curious but how did you know they were delivering for Wao Bao?

If cyclists want to blow lights narrowly avoiding being hit you should be calling 1-800 flowers instead of complaining.
If your looking for a job delivering for a company with cyclists like that they may have an opening soon.

I regularly see a CMS messenger in the Loop either carrying a Wow Bao backpack or pulling a Wow Bao trailer behind his bike. I would bet this is who Jimbo saw.

in my non- scientific anecdotal experience I find messengers frequenting the loop are much less likely to plow in to me  and ride with reckless abandon than in days of yore. I am not sure if this will be taken as an insult or a compliment.
