What is it that you like about those in particular?  To me they just look like standard bar ends with grip tape wrap.  I've done nearly the same thing to mine (see profile pic) except I also took my grips off and wrapped the flat bar as well.  I feel like it's a cleaner look, plus it's my bike and I like it.

These bars have 2 bends instead of 1.  Maybe this pic shows it better:

It's a Globe bike, but their website doesn't list components (and generally makes me want to hit someone due to it's inability to perform any kind of useful research).  Maybe it's a Specialized part.

Ahhh, I missed the extra bend.  Sorry, about that.

I had a pair of bar ends with this shape on my old Univega Via d'Oro, and I liked them a lot because of the kick up in the 2nd bend. Since I haven't had that bike since 2009 I can't just go look to see what they are, but I'll try to dig it out of my memory.

Those look like Salsa bar ends judging by the curve and especially the pinch bolt at the bottom.  Unfortunately, it looks like they're not in production anymore.

Wow great find - thank you. It sucks they aren't made anymore.  I guess I'll have to settle for bullhorn bars but I don't know any which curve towards the wheel at the end.

The ones I used to have were something else, and the ones you photographed are almost necessarily currently-available, so I bet you could find something that is what you're looking for, though it might take clever googling.
