Good day to walk to work

Ugh... snow and rapidly dropping temps on top of rain and puddles.

Hopefully won't be as bad as I fear....maybe a good day not to ride if you don't have nerf bones.

Just shoveled. Under the heaviest snow that we have had all winter is a layer of slush and water. When it freezes, it is not going to be pretty. Be careful out there whether you are riding OR walking.

Good day to walk to work... while wearing a bike helmet.

I would avoid walking downtown today (obviously people can't avoid it). There is a lot* of falling snow and ice from the buildings. I'm on a 12th floor in the Michigan/ Lake area and it looks pretty hazardous for the peds out there right now.

*I mean a crap ton.
