Louis Ocasio has passed away - Family of Man Injured, Seeks Answers, and Help

The family of an injured man, who had been using his bicycle that night, are searching for answers. Luis Ocasio, 64, of Logan Square was severely injured on the evening of 11-4-16.

His family is unsure whether he was beaten or if he was hit by a car. They are asking if anyone witnessed the incident, and to come forward with any information.

His family said that Luis was a loved family member who was unmarried and the caregiver of their 92 -year-old mother.

The outlook for Luis is bleak. Family members said that they are facing the difficult decision of whether to take him off life support.
