I put in another request for the transcript, this time directly to the Court Reporter.  Maybe that will speed up the process of getting it.

This is NOT the most recent hearing!!!  The most recent hearing was on February 10th; no transcript is available for that hearing yet.

The next scheduled hearing will be on March 12th.

Yup. That's what a transcript of a status hearing looks like.

Are you surprised at what it looks like, or surprised about it substance?

I didn't say I was surprised.

I was surprised by your comment.  Of course it was what a transcript of a status hearing looks like, it was a real, honest-to-goodness, genuine transcript of a status hearing.

We're not getting much information any longer from the Active Trans or anyone,  The Court Advocates are barred from discussing the case. Perhaps interest has been lost in following the case.

Some of us, perhaps only a few, are still interested in the proceedings, and making the actual contents of the proceedings is the only way to disseminate the information about what's going on.

Thanks for sharing this! I definitely have been keeping track and have appreciated all your updates. I use VINE to notify me (even though I can't really get the time to go to the courthouse), and then I check this thread every time I get a reminder.

I'd be happy if you hosted all of the hearing transcripts on your web page! Or the ones you feel have any substance... I'll read through them all.

Bump.

Move this to the top, since the next hearing is on Thursday, 12 March

http://www.thechainlink.org/events/ryne-san-hamel-hearing-on-the-bo...

The next court date is April 14th at 10:00 AM.

I didn't get an email from VINE nor a phone call.  Getting the transcripts is notoriously slow.  Still waiting for the February 10th transcript, and the transcript for the March 12th hearing won't be available for a month.

Was anyone in court and knows what went on and can post the information?
