New Ghost Bike?

I noticed what I think was a new ghost bike at Wells & Oak this morning on my way in. Was someone recently killed at that intersection? I don't remember hearing anything.

A dooring a few months back.  The rider swerved to avoid the door and fell under a passing truck.
