Recommendation for a Rear Light that can attached to the seat stay and/or reflector mount?

Hi all,

Anyone have recommendations for a rear light that can attached to the seat stay (rear fork) on the bike? I have seen some riders around who have them, but everything I have looked at doesn't tighten to a small enough diameter, or gets to close to the wheel. This is for my wife's bike which is a Fuji Finest 1.3. The rear stays are very narrow.

I'm also looking for a rear light that I can attached to the rear of a rack to where a reflector mount currently is. It is the "standard" two hole mount in a rack.

I guess it depends how small the stays are, but the Planet Bike blinky lights (Supreflash, etc.) come with a bracket designed for stays (how I have my Surly cross-check set up).
