Anybody doing the BikeSTRONG Metric 100 this weekend?

Weather permitting I was thinking about driving down to do the ride but my normal riding mates are all busy this weekend. If you want to join I would have room to take two more people and their bikes.

I think the best plan would be to leave early on Sat (around 6AM) get there about 8:30 and that should give us time to get the ride done between 1 and 2PM.

I am located in Roscoe Village and ideally would like to meet up near here to head out.

I'm interested. I'm getting into shape to ride Bicycle Illinois in mid-July, so I'm building distance but I don't own a car, so I'm getting tired of riding the northbranch and prairie paths. I live in Logan Sqr.

That could work. I have to drop my wife off at the airport tomorrow morning at about 5:30 so I could stop in Logan Square on the way back through the city. Give me a call or a text and we can arrange where to meet up. We will have to register as well for the ride. I think it is $25.
