I'm sure there are quite a few members of Chainlink who sometimes shoot video of their rides.  We see some on the site from time to time.  I, for one, wouldn't mind seeing more.  The scenery doesn't have be be spectacular for a video to be interesting.  I like seeing not only where people are riding, but how they ride, strategically and stylistically.  There's always something to learn.

Anyway, not specifically for this, I finally created a YouTube channel to start posting some of my stuff.  You may well find it sleep-inducing, which could be a benefit in and of itself!  My first post is simply one of my normal routes from home in Brighton Park to a favorite hangout, the Skylark at Cermak and Halsted.  I know some of you have been there.

I ride the suburbs and we have less stop signs. I stop at them all, at least enough to halt forward motion even if just for a a half second. Is it considered "normal" to blow stop signs like is done in this video?

I want to see a video on the lower drives (subterranean) routes, I have never ventured down there but sometimes I see messengers zipping down there. If you could if you would.

Oops.  Somehow I missed that thread.  My bad.

Excellent videos.  Thanks!

cool video...I love skylark
