Wow!  Thats Oakton and Gross Pointe Rd, that is like 1/2 mile from where I work.  I take a really short stretch of Oakton right there and it is like the Indy 500 with how fast people fly through there.  I have taken that part of Oakton but I turn down Central (soft right at that light) to get away from the craziness that is Oakton.  Way to go Skokie PD!

Looks like it, totally doable with a nice tailwind if you're going hard.

I can't tell if his camera was handlebar-mounted or perhaps strapped to his chest.  Either way.  Really awesome of the cop to do his job and realize that bikes belong on the road, too.  I noticed the left lane was pretty clear before he noticed the tailgater, makes you wonder why the person didn't just pass him.  The YouTube comments are making me cringe.  UGH.

Rewatched the video. The cyclist says, "he was six inches from behind me, l was speeding FOR MY LIFE!"
