Not Because of Rahm's Bike Lanes!

Thousands(?) of people were stuck for three hours on the Dan Ryan expressway yesterday:

Actually, I read an article about that yesterday that was bitching about the rush hour traffic being screwed up PARAGRAPHS before mentioning if anyone was injured or died. I mean thank goodness no one did, but I sure hope it would have been written differently in that case.
