Endless bike parking, shop in the basement, recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms (one has a jacuzzi tub!), laundry, central heat and cooling, front and back porches, a backyard, and its a freaking mansion. $520/mon +utilities (about $75/ea).

One roommate current works at a LBS, and one at a tech startup. We are in our late 20s, have awesome beards, and bike 365.
