The Chainlink

I rode from Evanston up to Highwood/Fort Sheridan this morning.  As I arrived at University Ave and Old Elm, there was a group of perhaps five people getting ready to turn left.  Just as I turned right I noticed that one of the riders was wearing a Chainlink jersey.  Was that you?  You were all chatting, so I decided to just keep moving.

Where does one get a Chainlink jersey?

I'd love to get a short-sleeved one (wool or synthetic) to join the awesome and comfy long-sleeved wool one from the fundraiser over the winter.

i would like one as well, do we know what the anticipated cost is?

I WOULD LIKE ONE TOO!! Best advertising when on the road. Good conversation starter.

I'm game, if you are making an order.

In as well!

I have been looking for wool jerseys for a while now, so I would definitely love to have one if available!!!

I definitely want in on an order.  Out of curiosity, are these jerseys fitted?  I've read that some cycling jerseys are made to be worn fitted, while some are a little roomier.

I am not sure how this place works but from past experience with team kit vendors went like this:

There was a minimum order for pieces, tops, shorts, arm/leg warmers, gloves ect

Jersey's are usually offered in club cut, or racer's fit in both men's and ladies

The tally of tops counted towards the tops, regardless of the "fit" long or short sleeve, or even jackets

Julie mentioned there is no minimum but there is a price break for over 10 pieces, I am not sure if they all have to be like pieces

So I think we should figure out a deadline to submit payment at full price to Julie, if we reach the minimums we could get the refund then. This is the only fair way I can think of to handle this.

As far as wool jerseys, they were handled by a different vendor and also required full payment up front with a price break at a certain number.

I'd be interested to order one too, thanks in advance!

perhaps another thread when posting about deadlines. I would like one too.

awesome!!!  I'm going to look more into pricing right now for the polyester ones.

I may reach out to a sponsor to help defray costs.

Here is the current jersey design (with a black neckline):

Thanks Skip for bringing this up, and Julie for taking care if it for us!! I'm so excited!
