Beer. Beer is all you need. Also mustard.

I have heard of different things going in beer, and beer going in different things, but I have never heard of beer going in mustard or mustard going in beer.

I recently had the misfortune of drinking beer and eating mustard potato salad. After mulling it over for a few days now, I now believe the the misery index of the situation was probably up there with paying taxes and helmet threads.

And have you thanked Duppie for that? :)

Great...now I have to make a Garrett's stop on way home...

I like beer with steak while I'm sitting down after I've finished a long bike ride. I take my helmet off by the time dinner is ready.

Mustard is awesome. I've got at least seven different kinds sitting in my fridge.

lol

Steak is better with wine.  And while ladies may wear their helmets indoors, a gentleman should always remove his before entering a building.  And, please, never sit down at a table in a restaurant wearing it backward!

There was a thread or something once about a "ride your bike to different coffee shops" challenge.  That sounded like fun.

I prefer to combine coffee or espresso with bike riding. A good independent coffee shop is a worthwhile destination. Cappuccino good:-). I don't drink beer or wine, but love green tea.
The Evanston Bicycle Club had a Dunkin Doughnuts ride. Their stores were formerly as ubiquitous as Starbucks in the northern suburbs.

I pray you would pardon my boorish lack of etiquette, my dear. May I recommend a sauterne as a digestif?

Is the Chuch street helmet ride a recurring event? Can you give us some notice before the next one comes up?
