suggestions for rear wheel replacement: 700 x 24 cassette compatible

does anyone have a suggestion for a rear wheel replacement for me.

I need something for hybrid, 700 x 24, cassette.

budget is 100-200 bucks

That is a really hard question to answer with that little info.

Assuming 135mm spacing and that you want something durable that is going to last I would recommend any of the Handspun Pavement series wheels as a best value. You would come out between $150-200 depending on the wheel you pick; my choice would be the Shimano LX hub to Velocity Dyad rim.
