Stolen Bike

I'm not sure if this bike was stolen but I feel like it was. I was looking through craigslist and I came across this odd post. The guy is selling it for 35 bucks. It seems like a decent looking bike to me. And he says he'll deliver it to you. Maybe i'm over thinking it but I just thought that 35 bucks for a SS was too odd.

Maybe there is a discount because the front is broke.

It is already sold. I was going to get it and see if I could match the serial number to anything.
