Conditions on Elston?

Hello wondering if any one can tell me if Elstons construction is safe to ride through.
Doctor gave me permission to start commuting again after a triple hernia.
I can't get out of the saddle to go fast so my concern is if the bike lane is gone I won't be comfortable taking the lane. I am hoping to go 10 mph. Sad I know.

The construction through the Irvingpark intersection up to "Tonys" is clear and finished.

What / where is Tonys? I am going from Albany Park to North & Clybourn.

Tonys is north of Irvingpark and elston...sorry i live in this area and they had the intersection blocked off for construction for a couple days.
