Who Did You Run Into (See) Today On Your Commute/Ride?

Who did you run into that you know today on your ride? Today was unlike any other day, especially in nice weather.

Aaron at Belmont and Clark and then my brother's ex girlfriend/yoga instructor at Schubert and Clark.

He posted pics of the massive screw and nail combo that took him out to facebook. Gnarly. 

I saw Shay and Katie at the bar last night which I guess has turned into my commute considering how many people I've been bumping into there lately.

Spotted last night, Duppie, northbound on Clark and turning right with an appropriate look/signal and some shopping bags in a rear basket. I was right behind you and rang my bell as you turned, good seeing you sir!

Saw Marty (I think that's his name) and chatted for a while yesterday afternoon. I am so bad with names and I can't remember it, even though I said his name twice to memorize it. I remembered every other details, even street he lived on, but just not his name. DAMN.

I saw Michelle Stenzel walking westbound on Eugenie.

Sedgwick to Eugenie has become my favored route to prevent the last two blocks of Lincoln going southbound.

I saw Dug riding his ape hanger bike in the rain yesterday. I think we were the only two suckers out there getting poured on.

I saw Cliff today on a beautiful morning to ride in. We met at Augusta and Grand (my new commute staring point) and rode to grand and oakley. Funny ... had I not gone back in the house to get another layer; I would have missed cliff.

Whoa! I didn't know you were "Duppie"! Yes, I was walking to the El, regretting that I didn't just ride in, in spite of the occasional drips and dire forecasts of rain.
