While I'm sure that's true, I would also expect their accident reporting is more complete due in part to the fact that everyone has health insurance.

Interesting info, Ace. If you read the comments below the story, it could just as easily be Chicago: all the usual suspects are there in rare form. Though comments like "Thank you for the (non) clarification" and "Comprehension skills a bit awry then are they?" might be a bit more erudite than our Chicagoese: "Thanks for nothin'" "Learn to read"
