I want to share this, but that reporter is awkwardly bad at speaking.

Makes sense in an urban setting as car gridlock limits the size amount of density in a city, not many cities are built like Chicago either with it underground roads.

 

And the past few years if I had, had to pay for a car and rent it wouldn't have worked.
