This is Electra's popular Amsterdam 3i, in Tulip.
This model is no longer in production, and is hard to find.

Features Electra's patented "Flat Foot" Geometry. Leatherette accented grips and saddle.
Beautiful yellow pearlescent paint and painted tulip details on frame, fork, and full chainguard.
Shimano Nexus 3-Speed internal hub can be shifted even when you are stopped.
This bicycle has been lightly ridden for the purpose it was designed for, and sold in used condition.

Frame: Tratitional Hi-Ten Steel
Fork: Lugged Crown Steel
Crank: Forged Alloy
Bottom Bracket: Sealed Cartridge
Rear Hub: Shimano Nexus 3-Speed Internal
Head Lamp: Generator light, not functioning.
Tail Light: Battery operated, working.

That is a beautiful bike. Did it come standard with the skirt guard? Looks like it did as it is so color-matched and the detail painting matches (unless that was an extra).

Yes, skirt guard is original to bike. And handlebar flower is included also.
