Hey Chainlinkers!

We are planning ahead for the year and want to reach out to you for suggestions on bars for our monthly bar night.

We want to hear what are your favorite bars in your 'hood that can accommodate up to 30 people. They don't have to have food, but must allow us to order for delivery if they don't.

The goal is to have all neighborhoods covered so please represent where you live!

Stay tuned and we'll be seeing you at your local bar soon!

How about some South Side love?

Simones on 18th in Pilsen $3.00 PBR tall boys and good food plus it's got a green roof and solar panels.

Bridgeport's new hipster bar Maria's at 31st and Morgan. Give me a heads up and I can see if Edmar will cut us chainlinker's a deal on bar night.

Berniece's Tavern at 33rd and Halsted $2.00 PBR's. Plus Stingo on Thursdays at 10 pm.

Kellys Tavern in the heart of Canaryville at 43rd and Wallace current specials, $3.75 pints of Goose Island Winter Warmer and Stella.

I'd second Bernice's but adding possibly 30 people there on any night may make for a tight fit!

Will's northwest inn off Belmont in Lakeview. It is a off the main strip cool ass bar
Great suggestions folks! Keep 'em coming. Also, let's include your all time favorites seeing as some may not be in your hood. We want all neighborhoods represented.
i would love to see some 'dives' come up.  lets support the little guy.
Stella's at western and walton.  no food, but there are a few places close enough.
So who is scheduling a barbikeride?  I love the Ira Cox events . . .
Oh yes,  Blind Robin on western is another good place.  On the south side, I second the suggestion of Maria's although it might be a bit small for 30 people.  On the other hand, they have great drinks at affordable prices and the place itself is rather interesting.  Jimmy's in Hyde Park is another good bar, they have 3 rooms so bar night could probably take one of them over.

There is El Toro Loco at 35th and Archer...
It's a Mexican dive bar complete with what I think are hookers working the pool table...
The Long Room on Irving Park at Ashland. Great beer selection, excellent manhattans for those who like cocktails, and it's a good-sized space.

In the dive theme; The Bob Inn. I think its on Fullerton just down the street from the Fireside Bowl...

It was voted the best Sox bar in the city and its on the north side, go figure.
