Jure Robic Wins His 5th RAAM

For those that saw the doc film Bicycle Dreams, He's the same guy that won the year that was filmed. He did it in just over 9 days. That guy is Amazing!

Just to clarify, the riders are humans and not cyborgs or something? Those times are absolutely insane.

I dont recall the exact amount of sleep he got from the year that they filmed the race but I think is was something like 9 hours total for the whole race. He is a machine.

IIRC, many people in the race sleep 2 hours a day.
