Crossing Guard Appreciation Day - Tuesday, May 4

Hey Chainlinkers,

Tuesday is Crossing Guard Appreciation Day and we are asking folks to nominate their local guards for special recognition.

I pass quite a few crossing guards on my bike commute down Clark and hope that some other Chainlinkers would consider nominating a guard or passing this on to someone who might.

I already nominated Serena Chaudry at the corner of Damen & Evergreen (Pritzker School). In City of Chicago/County of Cook tradition, am I allowed to nominate her again?

Unfortunately, no...you can nominate another guard, though. And thank you for nominating Serena, most Chicago guards will get a certificate delivered to them tomorrow (or Wednesday).
